If a refund is approved, processing time to the original payment method typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider. Credits to your account with MellowPlanetQuiet or direct replacements are issued immediately upon approval and will appear on your next bill or order receipt.

For beverages, we offer non-alcoholic options such as juices and sodas. If a beverage was misrepresented or not available as specified, we will address the issue with the same care as any other item. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for issues caused by improper storage or mishandling after delivery, or for items consumed in part when the packaging shows signs of tampering.
